The last day of classes before winter break brought a challenge to the AVID class. Students were given 6 graham crackers each. Using provided frosting and candy students had to construct a gingerbread house in a mere 40 minutes before lunch. Students could work independently or combine crackers with a partner to build a bigger house. Check out the fun we had!
